There was a delay to the launch of Lewes District Council’s grant funding portal this morning as a number of technical issues arose. We have been informed that the portal is now live and accessible at the following address:
Emails notifying businesses had been scheduled to send at 9am but this was delayed. All those who have been identified as eligible should have now been contacted. Letters have also been dispatched by post. There will be a number of businesses for whom LDC held no email address on their database. There are also a number of properties which will need to be reassessed before any grant can be released, particularly where our revenues team have not been provided with up to date information on the occupancy of a property.

PLEASE NOTE: Lewes District Council has teamed with Ascendant Solutions to provide a portal that enables businesses to claim a business support grant. The portal is hosted at grantapproval.co.uk, in partnership with the councils.
