The Minutes from 2018 (no AGM in 2019) were agreed
The Accounts for 2018-19 and 2019-20 were agreed.
OFFICERS 2020:

HONORARY TREASURER: Andrew Wells
SECRETARY: Ashley Price
The HONORARY SOLICITOR, position remains vacant and it was agreed the Chamber would look to other Solicitor members with regards to them taking over this role.

In 2019 our Rules and Standing Orders (AKA “The Constitution”) were updated and the new version was agreed at the AGM.
It will be noted that thanks were given both to Clare Crouch and Ashley Price for all their hard work in their respective roles during the last year.
PLEASE NOTE:
Based on the new constitution, the Secretary position is appointed by the officers of the Executive Committee. At an Executive Committee meeting on Thursday 8th October 2020 Ashley Price was appointed Secretary and David Hurford co-opted to the Executive Committee.
